Delete your account

You can delete your WildVisor account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From the app

1. Abre WildVisor y entra en Perfil.
2. Baja hasta Eliminar cuenta.
3. Confirma. Es inmediato y no se puede deshacer.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to us at [email protected] from the address you registered with, asking us to delete your account. We do it within a maximum of 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Tu correo y tu nombre visible.
• Tu foto de perfil, incluido el archivo.
• Tus avistamientos, con sus coordenadas y sus fechas.
• Tus suscripciones a avisos, que incluyen la ubicación que hubieras guardado.
• Tus publicaciones, comentarios y «me gusta».
• El registro de tu dispositivo, para que deje de recibir avisos.

What gets kept, and why

A user profile is kept, empty and without any of your data: no email, no name, and no photo. It exists only so that the content commented by other people doesn’t get broken. It doesn’t allow you to be identified or associated with anything again.

If you bought a subscription, the payment record is kept for as long as the law requires. That’s a legal obligation, not our decision.
